Private pilot access

School accounts are invitation-only and manually managed by ALCOLN. A website enquiry does not create an account or commit a school to a subscription. The owner confirms onboarding, allowances, support, data-handling arrangements and operating limits before real-school use.

Tools and learning

The application contains attendance, timetables, tasks, staff accounts, announcements and ALCOLN LMS self-study learning. The integrated ALCOLN LMS includes 260 short self-study courses with lessons and knowledge checks. Forty written policy starters require school adaptation and a recorded administrator review before staff assignment. Public previews allow visitors to read the complete standard content; private school records stay in school accounts.

Payments and promises

No payments are taken through this website. Prices, payment providers, launch date and paid-service commitments have not been confirmed. No customers, partnerships, testimonials or accreditations are claimed.

School independence and practice charter

Schools retain their curriculum, subjects, teaching methods and assessment content. The charter supports accurate records, appropriate family communication, consistent planning and regular staff development. Membership is not accreditation, government approval or proof of school quality.

Current verification

Core workflows have passed tests using two fictional schools, including permission boundaries, corrections, task recurrence, course checks, scheduling and restoration. Signed-in production and offline browser checks must be completed before the owner calls the release ready for real-school onboarding.
